I know what it’s like to build success in spaces that weren’t designed for you. To navigate rooms where you’re praised for your polish, but never fully seen. I’ve lived that tension — and I’ve built my life’s work around helping others move beyond it.

As a child of Punjabi immigrants, I spent years learning how to blend in, work hard, and not ask for too much. I did what many high-achievers do: I followed the “right” path, earned the credentials, and checked all the boxes. But inside, I felt the cost of constantly editing who I was to succeed.

Through my studies and coaching work, I kept noticing a pattern — even the most accomplished professionals were still carrying self-doubt. Not because they weren’t capable, but because they never felt fully at home in the roles they were told to pursue.

That’s when I realized: the problem wasn’t ambition. It was fragmentation.

We spend so much of our lives trying to survive, to fit, to prove. But at a certain point, survival isn’t enough. You’re meant to build from wholeness, not performance.

That’s why I created Trailblazer 2.0 — to support high-achieving, identity-conscious professionals in building careers that reflect their full selves. Not just what looks good on paper, but what actually feels aligned, creative, and fulfilling.
