My Client Profile

Hey, I’m so glad you’re here!

This page is designed to help you discern if we're a good fit to work together. If this profile helps you feel seen, heard and empowered — we're likely a great fit.

Don't be shy to reach out. I always hold a complimentary discovery call with prospective clients and I'd love to explore how I can support you.

‘The place where I belong will not exist until I make it.’
— James Baldwin

Let’s talk about you:

I work with bicultural achievers. People who have spent their lives navigating the in-between. Moving between cultures, value systems and definitions of what success is supposed to look like.

That navigation built something most people never develop:

Cultural Fluency.

This fluency gives rise to four distinct archetypes. My clients are usually a constellation of all four, which is exactly what makes them extraordinary leaders, achievers, creatives and entrepreneurs.

The Bold Explorer

You hold a unique POV because of your cross-cultural exploration. You connect ideas across disciplines, ask the questions others don't and find insight in places most people walk past. And that's exactly what makes your perspective indispensable.

The Creative Visionary

You don't just have ideas. You have the vision to build them into something real. You bring originality and a perspective that is tested through lived experience. When given the space to create fully, there is nothing quite like the magic you bring to your work.

The Community Builder

You know the most meaningful work happens in connection with others. You build relationships with intention, create spaces where people feel seen and use your work as a vehicle for genuine belonging and real community.

The Cyclebreaker

You try new things, take unconventional paths and make bold choices because you know it makes the journey better for everyone who comes after you. Your courage to live differently is your greatest contribution to your lineage.

They are highly intelligent, committed change-makers.

And because of that…

They want:

  • Purposeful work.

  • Creative expression.

  • Community and impact.

  • Room to learn and grow.

  • Autonomy and agency.

  • Time freedom.

They also want:

  • To honour their identity, not hide it.

  • To love who they are, not just what they achieve.

  • To build a business, brand or body of work that reflects who they actually are.

  • To experience the richness of life that they couldn't access in survival.

  • To make things easier for the generation coming after them.

But there is one problem…

Survivalist conditioning. The deeply ingrained beliefs we inherit from our families and cultures that shape how we love, work and move through the world.

For bicultural achievers, these beliefs surface as fears. And despite everything they have to offer, they create a persistent self-doubt that makes it hard to fully own their potential in their life and career.

In my practice I've seen four core fears emerge for my clients, especially when they are ready to make bold moves.

The Fear of Being Seen

This fear believes that if I put myself out there, people will judge me. Thus, I will prove that my gifts are ‘silly’ and that I am indeed too much or not enough.

The Fear of Money & Worth

This fear believes I am inherently unsafe with money. If I make too little, I've failed. If I make too much, I've betrayed where I come from.

The Fear of Change

This fear believes I cannot trust myself to navigate transitions. It’s better to stay unhappy and the same, then pursue something bigger, and be disappointed.

The Fear of Not Belonging

This fear believes that if I pursue what I actually want, I’ll become too different and lose the respect of the people I love.

YET... despite these fears, they’re READY to confront them.

Because….

They believe in:

  • Their purpose

  • Their community

  • Their ability to learn and grow.

Because they know:

  • They were built for more than survival.

  • They have something real to offer the world.

  • They can grow with the right support, mindset and strategy

Note: These beliefs may not be fully embodied in you (yet). But they are the seeds calling in a new era.

I am not afraid of storms, for I am learning how to sail my ship.
— Louisa May Alcott

This work is for you if…

You are FINALLY ready to:

  • Design a life aligned with who you actually are and what YOU actually want.

  • Meet your money wounds, visibility fears and inherited beliefs with compassion and curiosity.

  • Create impact that matters to you, rooted in your deepest sense of purpose.

  • Build genuine community around your work that actually reflects who you are.

  • Make decisions from clarity and self-trust instead of fear and obligation.

  • Stop waiting for permission to be ALL of who you are.

Together we build:

  • Clarity in your career or business direction that reflects the full scope of your potential.

  • The capacity to make bold moves without your nervous system pulling you back.

  • A healthy relationship with wealth and confidence in the value of your skills.

  • Ownership of your Zone of Genius, gifts and what you have to offer.

  • Pride in who you are, rooted in your full bicultural identity.

  • A life that has room for ease, flow, joy and impact.

We are a fit if…

✔️ You're a bicultural achiever who is ready to build a career that reflects your truth, your talent and your purpose.

✔️ You've achieved success on paper but still feel unfulfilled. You want to create something that reflects your values, your voice and your leadership.

✔️ You feel the pull toward entrepreneurship, creative ownership or a more autonomous path, even if you're still figuring out what that looks like.

✔️ You want a strategic thought partner who sees your full self and helps you build something that's truly your own.

✔️ You're ready to do the deep identity work and take bold action to bring your vision to life

We’re NOT a fit if:

✖️ You're looking for a quick fixes, a step-by-step formula or a traditional job search strategy.

✖️ You're focused on finding your next corporate role. This work is designed for those creating careers rooted in self-leadership.

✖️ You're not interested in exploring the deeper layers of identity. This work goes beyond surface-level strategy.

✖️ You're expecting to be told what to do. This is a collaborative process where we co-create your transformation.

✖️ You're not ready to invest time, energy and intention into your next chapter. Real change requires real commitment.

Bicultural people are not a monolith.

The bicultural experience is fluid and looks different for everyone depending on who you are in the diaspora, which cultures you're navigating and what your specific lived experience has been.

In my work I invite clients to self-identify and share their story from their own vantage point. My goal is to never define your experience for you. It's to create space for you to understand it for yourself.

I believe the most powerful solutions come from the most diverse perspectives. And that your specific intersection of culture, experience, healing and lived wisdom is exactly what the world needs more of.

That's the conviction that informs my coaching container, and I hold space with intentional care for every person who walks into it.

Because when we free ourselves from inherited limitations, we don't just change our own lives.

We change what's possible for the people around us, the communities we belong to and the generations coming after us.

That's what this space is for. Individual liberation that ripples out into our communities.

If you are not an ally to the LGBTQ+ community or use your privilege to diminish others, especially those from the global majority, we are not a fit.

Here the full diversity of the diaspora is celebrated.

Because your specific intersection of culture, experience and lived wisdom is exactly what makes this community, your work and our collective impact extraordinary.

Diversity is our Strength
